How can anyone describe themselves? Well, there's a six foot six inch tall, dark and handsome stranger hiding somewhere in this 5'8'' impostor. My magnificent full head of dark wavy hair is cleverly disguised under the essential bald crown and receding hair line wig that I just have to wear to maintain my pretence as an almost professional business man! My charming and dashing smile is reserved for those moments of absolute bliss, when the lights are out!

Guess I'll never make it in marketing either then?

On the positive side I can say I am physically fit, still have the remnants of what once was a six pack, the beer belly has been fully kept at bay - I think I store it all between the ears! And I think I'm a reasonably nice guy.

What am I looking for? Anyone who can read the above and still be reading would be a very good start! Even better if you have had even the slightest of giggles doing so.

I am looking for someone else who has figured out that our time here is far too short and way to precious to waste. A true lady who knows that she has always been in control of her own life and never needed to try to be a man or to join the masses. Someone to share an adventure every second of every day for the rest of our lives. Someone who can delight in every new discovery from a spectacular view, to a moment of real silence.

A real adventuress who can savour the delights of an exquisite bottle of red wine in front of a roaring fire, before jumping onto a pair of skis or diving into the nearest snow drift. Or indulge in the elegance of the finest restaurant after a day in the mud and rain on a horse or up a hill or just in the garden. Whatever life offers, to grasp it and make the best of it and to take pleasure in the quieter moments in-between.
