Long time nudist, initially for health reasons as I have a chronic skin condition. Enjoyed many summers at various locations in the UK over the years, settled in Fife now in my retiring years. I enjoy social nudity but is only seasonal here.
I feel there are many health aspects in nudism foremost are wellness and inner spiritually when alone but also a kind of security in a group or gathering outdoors.
