My wife and I like to be nude when we are hanging around our house. We were wondering is it legal to answer the door completly nude if someone knocks? We don't want to offend anyone but running to put on some clothing is bothersome?

`I don't know the legalities of that. But I would recommend keeping a pair of loose, slip-on shorts right beside the door. That way, you don't have to run -- just slip it on when you go to the door to answer it.

Not a legal opinion: I think if your front door is only visible to the delivery person and NOT to an adjacent "public" area such as a sidewalk, street or neighbors house, the act of appearing naked before a single person is not technically illegal. If they have entered onto your real property as a representative of a business and you have not posted a sign advising people NOT to enter onto the property, then they are assuming at least one-half of the liability for their actions. Like putting a box on your front lawn with a sign telling people NOT to look into it, if they do then whatever is seen inside is a result of a conscience decision to look.
Now, this situation changes if you are not the owner of the property where you reside because then you are obligating another party (the land owner) to be partially responsible for your actions. If the delivery person is offended they can complain to the rental office or land owner, then you might have "problems".
Also, if a third-party is passing by and they are offended (i.e. the doorway was visible to public parties), then your "private" space is not private as you thought it was originally. There was a case a few months back where a woman walking her dog through a residential area was able to see a neighbor walking naked past his picture window with a morning cup of coffee. He was cited for indecent exposure even though, (A) he was not intentionally exhibiting himself, and (B) he was "simply" naked, not se---lly aroused or intending to attract attention to himself by startling the person (i.e. like a 'Flasher'). If I recall correctly, the woman was also more than fifty feet away from the man's window, so anything she saw was decidedly "small" in size.
I have read other posts made by delivery people who recounted seeing naked people quite regularly or frequently and NOT having an issue with it. If no offense was intended, then most likely the person will perceive the event as ordinary, normal and routine.

`We have a sign on the house doorbell that has TNS and INF logos and says:
"NATURIST FAMILY
ring once and wait for us to get dressed or
ring twice if you don't care."
Works well. About half ring twice. For single rings, we have some coverup nearby. Important to note that doorway is not openly visible from street and all neighbors know us and know we are naturists so most times its really just a convenient way to signal.
