I know I will face wrath for saying this, but: from what I have seen in nudist venues, it would seem that not exercising is a very popular nudist activity.
I offer an entry in The American Heretic's Dictionary:
FAT LIBERATION, n. An attempt to make socially acceptable the visual consequences of the typical American diet and exercise regimen (more accurately, the lack of such a regimen).
Sounds to me like just a rephrasing of the nudist philosophy of "body acceptance."[/b]

Much merit in what you wrote. Many nudist resorts hold Clothing Optional 5K Run or Walk races and based on tan lines many participants are not regular nudists. However they are great fun and I have participated with as many as 171 others, almost all nude except for footwear and headwear. Visit some of the nudist sites and find out who holds such events, often held in early July or autumn. I've participated at Bar-S-Ranch (in NC) and Carolina Foothills (in SC).
