Hi all,
I am getting checked for skin cancer and it looks like I have already developed it. I am still waiting to get the biopsy but it does not look good. Are there any nudists out there who have gone through this before and how has it changed your life?
Going nude at the beach or a club has been one of life's best pleasures for me. I am wondering if those days are over or just need to be modified?
If there is anyone out there with some experiences in this area I would love to hear from you.
Sincerely,
Alarec

A friend of mine had to have several skin cancer spots removed. She had spent too much time in the sun since she was a teen and is now early 60's. But her doctor said the problem was not just being out in the sun but no protection from the sun. Clothes have an SPF rating just like sunscreen and offer protection. (Guess that is one reason for textiles) You can find it somewhere, maybe AANR's site. Without clothes you need to use some sunscreen. Doctor's say the head and face need it the most. But if you use sunscreen then you have protection.
