First date?? Why not going toa nudist resort ?

I was living in Phoenix Arizona. I frequented a popular nudist resort just outside city limits. I decided I was tired of going by myself. So I put an ad in a local paper. Mixing no words, I explained in my ad, I was a nudist with a capital N. I wasn't about to compromise this type of lifestyle, I explained in my ad. The ad had a voice mail phone number for anyone willing to respond to the message. I got one or two hits and I would usually meet them in a public place such as a Denny's or some other pre-approved meeting place. How it was set up, would be I would call the voice mail and the person responding would leave a home phone number. I got an answer from one lady and so I called her and we got along very well over the phone. Instead of meeting her at a Denny's, She gave me directions to her apartment, and we would go to a public place afterward. When I got to her place she was in the process of packing a small bag. Unbeknown to me, she had decided we would go to the nudist resort. She even packed a bathing suit. I tried to explain to her, she would need it, but she insisted. We talked all the way out to the resort. She would ask me questions about what it would be like there. We got to a parking place inside the nudist resort and we both got out of the car. I started to disrobe, and she asked where the woman's bathroom was? I pointed to them over by the showers by the pool. She took her bag and when inside the woman's room to change. I got us set up by the pool, and awaited for her emerge. She came out wearing ill-fitting one piece pink bathing suit. It looked kinda cute, but definitely out of place at a nudist resort. The guys were not being too nice yelling out to her in a cat-call fashion, telling her to take it off. I told her, not to listen them. And she was also wearing high heels, made her legs look sexy, but also out of place. Even the women by the pool chimed in and were also joining in on the cat calling. Still I told her not to pay attention to them. I knew if she was going to feel comfortable, it would have to be her idea. Well... Finally to my shock, she doffed the bathing suit. She has a dynomite looking body. She was neatly trimed, with olive complexion. She admitted to me by the end of the day, she had the best time she could have ever thought possible without her clothes on. She begged me to take her the very next day (Sunday) back to the nudist resort. The very next morning before going back, we had breakfast out on her patio, completely naked. It was a yummy breakfast, and we then again, had a wonderful time at the nudist resort and for the next 3 Springs and Summers.

The girl in the picture with me is my wife. I took her to a resort for our 2nd date ( and since she agreed to go and loved it and after all it was Valentine's Day ...... I asked her to marry on the drive home and she said yes )

These are great, very much appreciated accounts of dating and positive social experiences with social nudism! I really want to thank contributors for sharing them and hope others will be inspired to step up and write something too! It is through our collective efforts to share and expose not only the interests and behaviors of nudists, but to promote openness and serious dialog that we will achieve acceptance. Lifestyle acceptance, I mean.

The posting was made on January 31st, so depending on when you see this it might be necessary to travel back through the blog a bit.

My feeling is that meeting someone at a nudist resort is less likely, and visiting one on a second or third date is only slightly more likely. However, what if a landed resort had their annual Open House on St. Valentine's Day and invited any couples going out for the first, second or third time to attend for FREE? It could be an amazing promotion and with music and dimmed lighting might be more appealing than any number of nightclubs and other locations in nearby communities.

If we can imagine it happening, then I feel there is a possibility it might. It is all about the effort we put into our relationships and communicating from the heart.
